What’s Going On?
Passionate about taste and flavour, I like to combine fruit with spices or herbs & use only the best top shelf spirits in my cocktail preserves, some locally made. My special lemon curd is flavoured with Limoncello. Traditional jams & marmalades are also available.
My chutney range suit a range of palates from mild to hot & spicy.
The inspiration for many of my products is my mother Anna & are typically Italian from Giardiniera (pickled vegetables) to Spiced Pears or Peaches) delicious with cheese & boiled gammon. I make Italian cannoli, biscotti, soft amaretti biscuits made with Amaretto, and gluten free ground almond lemon and chocolate cakes.
Bespoke hampers, also including products from other local businesses such as cheese are available to order. Also, small pots of jams, marmalades & some chutneys, for special events, with bespoke labels & decorations such as ribbons. Jars can be supplied undecorated for you to finish.
